Return & Exchange Policy

• No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
• Store Credit or Exchange: Items may be eligible for store credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with the receipt and packaging. After 7 days, no exchanges or store credit will be issued.
• Non-Returnable Items:
  • Custom or special orders (no refunds or exchanges)
  • Layaway purchases (no refunds)
  • Jewelry that has been worn, altered, or damaged after purchase

Warranty & Repairs

• No Guarantee on Broken Jewelry: We do not provide a warranty for jewelry that breaks after purchase due to wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
• Repair Services: We may offer repair services depending on the condition of the jewelry and the time of purchase. Please contact us for an assessment. Repair costs may apply.

Layaway Policy

• All layaway deposits and payments are non-refundable. Layaway items must be paid in full within the agreed-upon time frame.
